In a highly competitive and difficult economic market, business leaders are increasingly looking at ways to manage their businesses effectively whilst ensuring maximum profit.

For some this means effective strategic financial planning, whilst for others the focus can be on cost cutting, streamlining processes, or ensuring the basics such as management reporting are in place. Alternatively the focus can be on risk management or coaching/mentoring existing finance teams.
 

These are just some of the areas that I have considerable experience in, having spent 16 years working in large complex organisations, small/medium sized businesses as well as public practices both in the UK and abroad.

I am a qualified accountant and MBA.   Focusing on the individual needs of my clients I am able to work on a flexible basis  - interim, part time, contract or project based.
